| As a recruitment consultancy we are mandated by our clients to find the ideal candidates for their recruitment needs. In some case, with the candidates' agreement, we are proactive and propose candidates' file before receiving the mandates. |

| By choice and with a concern for quality. Our consultants prefer to offer you a personalised service and are able to evaluate with you the positions best matching your objectives. |

with both offices? |
| No, this is not necessary. Our two teams work closely together and have access to the same information. |
| How do I become a Finders' candidate? |
| Send us your file, preferably by e-mail, giving us a brief overview of your objectives (type of position, type of company, geographical region....) |
| What happens to my cv once I have submitted it ? |
It will be evaluated by the appropriate consultant. If we have a current opening that could be of interest to you we will invite you for an interview; If not but we think we will have an opportunity in the future we will advise you and keep your details on file; If, however, your profile is outside our competencies we will return your file. |
