Finders S.A. was established in 1990 and is owned and run by Linda Jaquillard. The headquarters are situated in Lausanne and the first branch office, based in Geneva, was opened in 1997.

The company commenced its activity in recruitment, specialising at the middle-management level, and covering non-technical areas. This team is now known as our “Business” team.

In 1994, we launched a second specialist recruitment team handling the “IT and Telecom” professions.

In 2000, we went on to launch a third team responsible for recruiting the “Banking” professions, and in 2006, we developed a fourth specialization in the “Legal” professions. Since 1990, we have also increased our scope and now cover middle to senior management levels.

In 2000, with a vision of providing a global human resources service to our clientele, we launched a new division in Human Resources Management Consultancy, specialising in the areas of Organisation Development, Compensation & Benefits and offering Outsourcing services.
