
This service is free of charge for the candidate. Finders works primarily on a mandate basis. However, when possible and with your agreement, we also propose your file to our clients. In either case, we offer our advice on career development and/or market tendencies, whilst at all times leaving you to manage your career. In order to do this, and during a personal interview, our consultants' first preoccupation is to carefully listen to your career history and experiences lived to date. Using this as a basis to work on, we then help you to express your real professional motivations, to discover the environments that make you more productive, and to look at the career options open to you. At a later date, should you find yourself in a dilemma over a choice of job possibilities, we are also able to provide an objective and impersonal opinion which could help you in your choice. Our consultants are able to provide this service based on over 10 years experience in the human resources field: meeting numerous companies and learning of their culture, their structure and their manner of functioning; as well as interviewing and following the career of thousands of candidates.
