It is based on the concept that each individual will perform better in a role requiring the use of his or her work preferences.

The basis of TMS - the TMI or Team Management Index allows you to understand where your work preferences lie. The TMI is a 60-item questionnaire, designed to measure work preferences. When your responses to the Index are processed by the TMS software program, the result is a 4000 word personal Team Management Profile. Each profile maps you on to the Team Management Wheel and provides detailed feedback about the way you prefer to work.
